See you all at the PIPE Conference

This Wednesday and Thursday, you can find me, my partners Joe Smith and Rob Charron and counsel Larry Langs working the rooms at the DealFlow Media PIPE conference at the NY Hilton. My panel on reverse mergers is late on Wednesday, and Joe’s panel on PIPE legal issues is early on Thursday. We are also sponsoring lunch on the first day and hope you will all join us! Oh and if you buy one of my books at the registration table, find me and I will sign it!

This is a very challenging time for all the capital markets, and PIPEs are no exception. It will be interesting indeed to see how the many expert speakers view both the current and prospective deal world. My two cents: the rest of the year and probably first quarter next year are going to see real slow downs in our world. My advice: use this time to reconnect with your important business relationships.
