Have You Noticed? We're Covering More and Posting More

In the last few months, we have expanded the scope of coverage of the blog. In addition to continuing to give you regular updates on news and information concerning reverse mergers, SPACs and other IPO alternatives (and the occasional famous “tips of the week”), along with my self-indulgent musings, we have added discussion of issues affecting the small and midcap markets generally. Also, I have added some entries talking about the financial crisis, the economy and the stock markets. Instead of having the broader topics replace my usual discussion of the RM world, I’ve simply added more posts. I hope you like them… In these difficult times not much is free – but coming here is completely gratis!
